GSA stands for Gluten Safety Awareness. We are a directory of restaurants committed to providing safe dining options for people with coeliac disease and gluten sensitivity.

Our mission is simple: to help diners find restaurants that take gluten-free safety seriously, and to help those restaurants showcase their credentials. Every restaurant on GSA has a detailed profile that includes their cooking processes, allergen matrix, and staff training information.

What we do

• Review every profile before it goes public — no restaurant appears on GSA without our team checking the details.
• Provide reported information — we share what restaurants tell us about their processes. We do not make recommendations. Always verify directly before dining.
• Give diners a voice — members can leave reviews and message restaurants directly with questions.
